After School Enrichment Opportunities 

Hadley Wood pupils can enjoy taking part in a wide range of activities outside of our school day to support learning, raise school standards and promote healthy lifestyles. We aim to offer a range of after-school clubs which meet the needs and interests of our children. 

After School Clubs 

At Hadley Wood, we recognise that we have a huge part to play in nurturing and developing our children into the educated citizens of the future. To this end, we seek to complement our broad and balanced academic curriculum with a number of enrichment opportunities, both within and outside of the school day. These opportunities are designed to equip our pupils with the knowledge and cultural capital they need to succeed in life, whilst also promoting their appreciation of human creativity and achievement.

We work closely with a  range of quality external providers to organise extra activities for the children after school.

A range of clubs for all ages run throughout the year in termly blocks. Although the range of clubs will vary, the school usually offers football, netball, coding, drama, cooking, dance and art.

Elena says, “I love taking part in running and athletics club with Mr Smith as it is a great way to start my day having done some exercise and being ready for my learning.”
